After a recent upgrade to this site, the Frank Harris genealogy page disappeared. There was no mystery involved: the genealogy was displayed using a custom Drupal module which I wrote some while ago and hadn't migrated to the latest release of Drupal.
I've now updated the code and it's working again. (Should anyone be interested in how it works, it queries a set of tables derived from GENMOD data. It's not in a suitable state for re-use but could be made so with a little extra effort.)

A bit more on his daughter Frances. In 1925 she married a clergyman, Cyril Francis Hankey, who was later Dean of Ely for many years. She died in 1965. I believe they had no children.

I've begun reading Harris' book on George Bernard Shaw. I think Frank Harris was a great writer.

The Shaw biography is a remarkable oddity. As I mention in my review, it was not really written by Harris as such, but rather put together by others from his notes, including some things he'd written about Shaw many years earlier. He was indeed a terrific writer at his best. The Oscar Wilde biography and his early fiction would be the ones I'd pick.
